Dr. Sadulski has experience in both business and in the military. In business, Dr. Sadulski has held a director position within an airline and oversaw the business development department. In the military, Dr. Sadulski has held a leadership position in many different roles. Dr. Sadulski received the 2019 Coast Guard McShan Inspirational Leadership Award as well two Achievement Medals in that year for initiatives driven by leadership. Dr. Sadulski teaches leadership as a competency that focuses on charismatic and servant leadership that can be applied in any career field.
