Ali Hopper

Ali Hopper is a nationally recognized counter-trafficking expert and policy advocate dedicated to combating human trafficking and exploitation. As a researcher and consultant with Sadulski Enterprises, LLC, she delivers groundbreaking insights through in-depth interviews with incarcerated traffickers and frontline investigations along the U.S.-Mexico border. Her work sheds light on the operations of trafficking networks and the systemic failures enabling them.


Ali’s expertise has driven significant policy change, including the creation and passage of Florida’s 2023 Anti-Grooming Bill, which protects children from exploitation and serves as a model for similar legislation across the country. She has also exposed critical flaws within the Unaccompanied Children (UC) program, highlighting its links to child trafficking and advocating for urgent reform.


A trusted authority and leader in the fight against human trafficking, has been featured in national publications and drives policy innovation at the highest levels. As the Human Trafficking Chair for a chapter of the Florida Republican Assembly, she leads impactful initiatives to dismantle exploitation networks and protect the vulnerable.
