Jarrod Sadulski, Ph.D.

Dr. Jarrod Sadulski is a criminologist that focuses on human trafficking, organized crime, and counter terrorism. Jarrod has over two decades of federal law enforcement experience. This experience led him into international counter narcotics operations, counter human trafficking operations, and counter terrorism operations. Jarrod has worked with intelligence fusion centers and the South Florida High Intensity Drug Trafficking Areas (HIDTA) Program.

Jarrod has provided presentations in Europe to intelligence experts from over ten different nations on local law enforcement’s response to domestic terrorism. He provides training to governments in Central and South America on combating human trafficking, drug smuggling, and gang activity. He has served as a consultant to a Prime Minister in Central America on combating crime and provides consulting to various government agencies in Central America on combating crime.

Jarrod has served as a reviewer for the Global Initiative Against Transnational International Organized Crime out of Geneva, Switzerland. His work involved reviewing organized crime content for their Global Organized Crime Index.

Jarrod is a recognized expert in human trafficking by both the U.S. Congress and the U.S. Senate. Alongside his research partner Ali Hopper, Jarrod frequently conducts in-country research in Central America, Mexico, and the Southwest Border to gain insight into current trends in human trafficking. This led Jarrod to testifying before the U.S. Congress in November 2023 and before the U.S. Senate in July 2024 on the human trafficking crisis at the Southwest Border.

He is a published author and for the past year has been on a national speaking tour with Ali to share their research on human trafficking.

Jarrod is the recipient of the Global War on Terrorism Service Medal, Coast Guard Inspirational Leadership Award, and the Dr. Wallace E. Boston Leadership Award.
